Our primary concern was to reconnect supplies to homes and businesses and to keep customers informed of progress. Dozens of engineers and technicians and customer service teams have been on the ground all day. The first properties were brought back on supply just after 9am, and through the day we have reconfigured the network and brought in temporary generation to restore supplies to all of those properties affected. The last properties were reconnected at 2.30pm. Engineers will continue to work in the area over the next 24 hours to fully complete all repair works and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.”15:26Accident in StaffordAlways take extra care on major roundabouts especially when they have multiple lanes & exits.
